Sugar canes are grown in warm and humid areas, with rich and well watered soil. This sugar, grown in Sainte Marie, Reunion Island, has subtle perfumes, lightly caramelized. It is purifies, concentrated and crystallized without chemical alteration or transformation. Sweet and crunchy, it adds a delicious touch to a plain yogurt, a home- made cake or a caramelized dessert.
